Occasional Chair

Traces of Botanics is inspired by the beautiful myriad of flora I've seen in their full glory when visiting the Botanic Gardens in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. These vivid hues resonated with me and the vast variety of colours alone prompted an explorative and abstract colour study that captured the eclectic mixture of visuals I saw while meandering through the Gardens. The lively colour schemes one can witness in the outdoors always excites, inspires or soothes. Thankfully, these natural splendours caused a combined reaction of all three and made imagery I'm delighted to bring to you now.
