Purchase of physical goods grants ownership of the physical item only.

It does not transfer reproduction rights, manufacturing rights, licensing rights, digital rights, or rights to create derivative works.

All collaboration agreements, retail partnerships, wholesale purchases, and custom development projects are governed by the Kirina Dowrich Collaborations & Partnerships Policy and Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy (Effective 27 February 2026). Engagement in any commercial relationship constitutes acceptance of those terms.

No artwork, design, product concept, file, or creative system may be reproduced, reverse engineered, modified, sublicensed, externally manufactured, digitized, adapted, or distributed beyond the agreed scope without prior written authorisation.

Where licensing is granted, it is limited in scope, territory, duration, and product category as defined in the applicable agreement.

Unauthorised use of any creative work may result in termination of license and enforcement under applicable intellectual property law.
